Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the labor market activation measures for older handicapped present the employment of elderly people with disabilities. For this, this study utilizes the Sixth Disabled Employment Panel Survey to analyze the factors that influence employment targets more than 50 years of age with disabilities.
Employment impact factor analysis showed differently to elderly people with disabilities and non-elderly disabled people, Common factors include gender, basic living demand, whether in old age were ready or not. Determinants of employment among people with disabilities and aging population that is age-related disabilities were different, Whereas common with age, based on whether the life supply, whether discrimination was a common factor in job search activities. Based on this analysis, This study suggest the labor market based incentives for beneficiaries living, management of chronic diseases due to age-related disorders, eliminate discrimination on the job search activities, improve accessibility of employment services in a way to enhance the employability.
